Our Locations

  • Both Toledo Beach Marina in Monroe, Michigan and Eldean Shipyard in Holland, Michigan are easy to get to from most all locations and are among the nicest marinas on the great Lakes. The marinas have everything that a boater would want or need; bath houses, a restaurant/bar, a swimming pool, and a ships store.
    • Both the FriendShip One our Catalina 320 in Monroe, and the FriendShip Two our 350 Catalina in Holland are docked within 3 minutes of open Great Lakes water.

  • The FriendShip Catalina’s are easy to handle, yet spacious, and fully apportioned  and instrumented.
  • The FriendShip yachts are provided to you fully maintained (no maintenance by you), fueled, and clean.   EVERY TIME YOU COME TO SAIL!

    WindPath’s One Year Agreement
  • No long term agreement – one year at an agreed upon cost with no additional charges.
  • Fair scheduling – you to  schedule or trade, on-line, for your preferred usage times.
  • A discount system that rewards long term customers for their loyalty.
  • A price structure that is less then half of the cost of boat ownership (without the depreciation and maintenance)

    Overview of the Agreement

  • A membership guarantees 7 - 1/2 days per month and is scheduled on-line. 
  • The time is managed by a "smart" computer program that insures equitable usage. 
  • There are 7 members per boat. 
  • Along with the 7 guaranteed usages, there is a 24 hour rule that permits "free usage" (that doesn't count against the 7 days) if the boat is scheduled within 24 hours of the planned usage (and is available).

  • You can exchange at other WindPath locations around the country and sail in California, Florida, New York, Maryland, the Carolinas, etc.

  • The annual costs presented all fees, training, fuel, cleaning, dockage. NO ADDITIONAL FEES.

    TOLEDO BEACH MARINA, MONROE, MI. COST FOR FRIENDSHIP ONE
                1st year  -        $7,200 plus a, one time, $2,500 deposit
                2nd year -        $6,600 with no training, depreciation, or hull deposit. 
                3rd year -         $6,000 with no training, depreciation, or hull deposit. 

    ELDEAN SHIPYARD HOLLAND, MI. COST FOR FRIENDSHIP TWO
                1st year  -        $8,400 plus a, one time, $2,500 deposit
                2nd year -        $7,800 with no training, depreciation, or hull deposit. 
                3rd year -         $7,200 with no training, depreciation, or hull deposit. 

    The initial year deposit covers the insurance deductible, the depreciation on the boat equipment,and basic training on the boat

    If, after one year circumstances require you to leave the program $1,000 will be returned or $1,250 could be applied toward a FSG “upgrade” which could be a new or used boat purchased from FSG, or applied toward moving into a bigger/better boat within WindPath.  At the end of three years we will return the $1,000 hull deposit portion of the security deposit. NOTE: The insurance deductible for the boat is $2,500 and the difference between the held $1,000 and the $2,500 could be due in the event of major damage to the boat during use.
